This acetate record, originally pressed in 1963, offers a captivating fusion of classical and jazz traditions, showcasing Loussier's remarkable talent and vision.

Side 1: Classical Masterpieces Reimagined

The first side of the record presents three iconic Bach pieces reimagined through Loussier's unique lens. The "Overture From Cantata No. 28" sets the stage with its energetic and driving rhythm, followed by the serene and contemplative "Chorale Prelude - Erbarm dich mein O Herre Gott." The side concludes with the spirited "Chorale Prelude - Christ unser Herr zum Jordan kamm."
